Consistent Document Styles

It’s important to keep the document styles consistent in a project, whether your project is a website or a novel (it’s long so breaking it into separated documents).


To make the document styles of the entire project consistent, do the following:

·        First, you create a single ‘styles base’ document in the project.
The name doesn’t matter, and you can exclude it from project publishing if you want. The key is that all styles needed by the project should be originally, composed in this concentrated ‘styles base’ document.

·        Then, you apply styles from the ‘styles base’ document to all the other documents.
Select all or some of the target documents in the project outline, right click on them, and then choose ‘Copy Styles from Another document’ then follow the instructions, as illustrated in the screenshot below:
